Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Approved By Eva ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Approved By Eva is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.
Approved By Eva is not responsible for:

Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information
If a package is returned to us due to address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Approved By Eva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:

Filing a claim directly with the shipping provider
We will assist with carrier investigations when possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered.
Signature Confirmation
For higher-value orders, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged:

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
